January is a month of summaries and new beginnings. It naturally encourages reflection, but at the same time draws attention to what lies ahead – plans, ambitions, and new challenges.

This is the perspective from which we look back on the past year at SENDERO Tax & Legal. It was intense, demanding, and full of changes—especially in the area of law and taxes. It is in such circumstances that the role of advisors takes on particular significance.

For us, 2025 was a time of strengthening our position, consistent substantive work, and effective cooperation with clients, partners, and contractors—measured by concrete results.

What have we achieved together?

Substantive knowledge and real security

As Maria Skłodowska-Curie used to say: “Nothing in life should be feared, it should only be understood.” We also followed this principle in 2025, focusing on education and practical support for clients in the face of dynamic legislative changes.

Last year, among other things:

  • we guided our clients through the amendments to the JPK (Tax Compliance Certificate) in income taxes, ensuring that the new reporting obligations did not hinder business development,
  • we supported companies in the area of ESG, showing that sustainable transformation can go hand in hand with efficiency,
  • we helped them adapt to the new tax audit rules in force since October 2025, translating theory into practical financial security,
  • we worked intensively on changes in labor law and support for HR departments – because people are the foundation of every organization,
  • we prepared our clients for the implementation of KSeF, focusing on a smooth and well-planned adaptation,
  • we secured family assets using the Family Foundation institution,
  • we explained the complexities of property tax, supporting accurate decisions and correct settlements.

These are, of course, just some of the issues we dealt with in 2025. The scale of our activities is best reflected in the numbers:

  • over 40 webinars full of practical knowledge,
  • several expert publications in national media,
  • another series of topics on social media,
  • dozens of articles on the SENDERO website and blogs.

Successes and awards

The year 2025 was also a jubilee year for us – we celebrated the 18th anniversary of our law firm. It is a symbolic moment, prompting us to evaluate the direction we have taken. The results clearly show that we are on the right track.

Last year:

  • we ranked among the top prestigious rankings of law firms and tax advisory companies,
  • we successfully conducted court cases for our clients, which ended with favorable rulings,
  • we implemented new projects and ambitious challenges for companies that entrusted us with comprehensive services,
  • we developed a stable and highly qualified team based on cooperation and mutual support,
  • we received the title of Patron of Culture for our long-standing support of the Bach Festival,
  • we ended the year with a Christmas campaign for the Matuzalki animal shelter – thanks to our joint efforts, we donated PLN 3,500 to help animals.

Not just work

Work and responsibilities are important – they provide development, satisfaction, and a sense of agency. However, we know how important balance is. That is why we highly value time to breathe: contact with nature, relationships with loved ones, music, art, and passions. They give us the space and strength to perform at the highest level.

We are entering 2026 calmly and with a smile. We want to continue to develop based on the values that are the foundation of SENDERO, while at the same time reaching for new solutions and opportunities.
