Under current law, assistance for Ukraine entails risks for both the grantors and the beneficiaries.

Poland’s reaction to Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine includes assistance on a mass scale. Poles are coming in droves to help victims, whether financially or in kind. In addition to satisfaction associated with disinterested help, those rendering support may sometimes count on tax privileges. Unfortunately, current law also generates risks for both the grantors and the beneficiaries.
