Certain businesses will be required to use the e-Service system as of 1 January 2025. This is a system for electronic service and receipt of official correspondence. The implementation deadlines differ depending on the form of business organisation:

Sole traders: Sole traders who were registered (CEiDG) before 2025 must create an e-Service box by 1 October 2026. Those who filed any changes to their CEiDG registration between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2026 should do it even earlier while those who are newly registered should do it at once.

Companies: The implementation deadline for companies entered in the KRS register before 2025 is 1 April 2025. New companies must ensure compliance as of 1 January 2025.

Even though some firms have still some time to implement the e-Service, we advise against delaying the process as it takes increasingly longer to set up an e-Service box.
