Michał Wykurz speaks at 25th Conference of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors

We are happy to let you know that our tax advisor Michał Wykurz spoke at the 25th Anniversary Conference of statutory auditors held on 14 December 2017 at the IBIS hotel under the title “Dziś i jutro polskiej rachunkowości, rewizji finansowej i podatków” (The Today and Tomorrow of Polish Accounting, Statutory Audit and Tax”). During the conference, which was organised by the Regional Branch of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Wrocław, Michał gave a speech entitled “Dobra wiara i należyta staranność w kontekście prawa do odliczenia VAT – przegląd praktyki władz podatkowych” with a review of tax authorities’ case practice in relation to good faith and due care in the context of the right of deduction of VAT.
