An intense day full of substantive discussions is behind us!

Yesterday, 16 September, we had the pleasure of participating in the EXCH Events conference ‘Realisation of Residential Investments’ in a dual role – as participants and speakers.

During the panel discussion ‘Transparency of flat prices – does transparency support the market or create risks?’, Patrycja Rosikoń presented the key legal requirements, pointed out the most common mistakes in the implementation of new regulations, discussed the legal consequences and sanctions, and emphasised the opportunities arising from the introduction of price transparency.

It was an inspiring meeting that covered a wide range of topics – from law and marketing to the latest construction technologies.

We would like to thank the organisers for the excellent preparation of the event and all participants for the discussions and exchange of experiences. In such a dynamic industry, it is extremely important to meet regularly and discuss the future of the housing market in Poland.
