New laws may adversely affect supplier-purchaser relations

The DOBRA FIRMA supplement to Rzeczpospolita dated 5 July 2017 published an article entitled Nowe przepisy mogą negatywnie wpłynąć na relacje w handlu authored by Zofia Brylińska-Karpicz, a legal counsel with SENDERO Tax & Legal. The article discusses the act on counteracting unfair use of contractual advantages in food and agricultural trade, due to enter into force on 12 July 2017.
