Energy and Electronic Communications Law (Regulated Sectors)
This practice helps clients in a broad spectrum of energy law matters, including in executing power or gas purchase agreements, changing energy vendors, implementing green energy projects (e.g. solar), obtaining the status of an industrial customer, in energy efficiency audits and projects, renewable energy certification processes, and litigation against energy vendors.
In electronic communications, we assist in contracts executed under telecom law, electronic services law etc., including in relation to plans and agreements concerning defence or security requirements and in relation to interconnect agreements.
Regulated sectors include also waste management projects and other activities requiring permissions, licenses or registration as regulated activities (e.g. register of service providers for companies or trusts).
This is where we also support our clients in linear infrastructure projects, whether implemented on a stand-alone basis (e.g. development of fibreoptic networks or telecom masts) or together with built developments, including projects with the involvement of local authorities and public funds.
