In addition to providing assistance to contracting entities or authorities and to contractors in classic public procurement matters, this practice helps clients in public-private partnership projects and concession agreements (for services or construction works), and in other types of relationship with local authorities or public institutions without the involvement of public funds (e.g. joint conferences or workshops).

We also provide legal assistance to non-governmental organisations, including public benefit organisations, such as by helping with the creation or maintenance of foundations or associations. Our particular experience is in serving environmental organisations and their involvement in various proceedings in relation to projects with significant environmental impacts.
