8 January 2019 saw the first 11 support approvals being given by Katowicka Special Economic Zone (KSEZ) in Katowice for new projects under new regulations in force since September 2018. One of the approvals went to Simoldes, a manufacturer in the automotive industry. The approval for Simoldes was received on behalf of the company by our legal partner Łukasz Lubaszka, who headed the SENDERO Tax & Legal team that assisted the client in the state aid process for its project. All the 11 approved projects are worth a total of PLN 930 million and are expected to generate 830 new jobs. Congratulations to our client on this success!
