It is with pleasure that we let you know of another litigation success. This time we secured a win for a tourist operator sued to pay for tourist services which were sold but could not be performed due to the pandemic outbreak.

Our lawyers reviewed the cooperation agreement our client had with the other party and used it to persuade the court that claimant was not entitled to commission. The court went along with our arguments and dismissed the suit. The judgement is final.

The pandemic continues to painfully test the viability of contracts, as can be seen by abundant litigation for money owed. Businesses that did not ensure a secure contract through appropriate drafting are unfortunately still hit by severe financial consequences even today. We need to remember that legal assurance provided simply by a properly drafted business contract is at the heart of business safety.

The case was handled by advocate Katarzyna Tabak-Wykurz. Congratulations!
