We are proud to announce that in December 2019 Sendero advised a Polish company belonging to Wepa Hygieneprodukte GmbH, a German manufacturer of high-quality hygiene paper, in a bond issuance project. The bonds were placed with non-Polish-based buyers, and their value was around EUR 0.5 bn. Sendero’s efforts also focused on establishing EUR 1 bn worth of security on the bonds.
Given the scale and geographical scope of the project, Sendero worked closely together with renowned international law firms. Sendero Partners Anna Skowron and Łukasz Lubaszka worked on this engagement, as did experienced attorney-at-law Marzena Zaremba.
