SENDERO Tax & Legal’s involvement in consultations of new tax regulations

18 December 2018 will see a consultation meeting in the Finance Ministry in Warsaw about new transfer pricing regulations. SENDERO Tax & Legal will be represented by our tax advisors Michał Wodzicki and Andrzej Jagiełło. The meeting participants will attempt to identify important interpretation concerns regarding the new law and to provide an indicative scope for tax guidelines which are expected to be issued as a result of the consultations.
