SENDERO successfully defends a general damages claim before appellate court!

We are pleased to let you know that the Katowice Court of Appeals has ruled in favour of our client defending a general damages claim. The appellate court accepted our arguments and amended the lower court’s judgment by dismissing all of plaintiff’s demands. Our defence team was able to persuade the court that all the financial demands against our client were baseless as our client was in compliance with the law. Now that the case is won, the client will not have to pay the PLN 200,000 in damages requested by the plaintiff.
