Sendero wins a personal rights infringement case

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully defended our client in a personal rights infringement case before the Cassation Court, which ruled in our favour to uphold the lower court’s judgment.

Our client was alleged to engage in unlawful personal data processing, with the claimant demanding general damages. After a long litigation that proceeded from a trial court through an appellate court to the Supreme Court, our defence team has proved that the client was in compliance.
