SENDERO wins in the Provincial Administrative Court!

We are happy to share our success in the case involving a project funding application filed by our client for the purposes of a grant contest organised by the Polish Entrepreneurship Agency PARP.

Our client’s application was negatively assessed by PARP and the matter went to court.

The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw ruled that the way our client’s project was assessed contravened the law. In consequence, PARP had to re-assess the application and agreed with the protest.

Thanks to SENDERO’s success in court, the project was qualified for funding under the Innovative Development Operational Programme.
