Paweł Michalski

Paweł is a qualified attorney-at-law with more than twenty five years’ professional experience. He is co-managing partner at Sendero and leads its dispute resolution and litigation practice. He is in charge of Sendero’s German desk for legal services rendered in German.

Paweł provides client representation in judicial proceedings and coordinates the work of Sendero’s litigation lawyers for both civil and administrative cases. The total value of cases he has managed exceeds PLN 100 million.

Paweł’s interests focus also on competition law, consumer law and contract law. Recently he has been increasingly engaged in compliance projects, especially in the area of AML/CTF compliance.

His clients include mainly large and medium firms in the manufacturing and retail sectors, both Polish-owned and members of multinational corporations.

A Sendero Tax & Legal partner since 2007. A law graduate of the Wrocław University (Faculty of Law and Administration). In 1995-2002 worked in Ernst & Young Tax & Legal, then Ernst & Young Legal, followed by work for a law firm associated with Ernst & Young. In 2002-2007, Legal Counsel and Senior Associate with Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm. Admitted as attorney-at-law in 2002.
