We have won! | Zero-rating of intra-Community supplies

SENDERO wins an important case for their client.

We are pleased to let you know that we have won a controversy around the zero-rating of an intra-Community supply of goods for VAT purposes. A first-level tax authority assessed our client for VAT arrears of over PLN 17 million. SENDERO tax advisors appealed and won before the higher tax authority. The appeal case was very complicated and took more than 3 years, while the appeal decision itself runs to 140 pages.
