Business must define its secrets

Trade secret protection is a key business area. However, each business must first define which information is secret, and then must put protection measures in place. It is not until that is done that the business may require its employees to comply with these rules. If those initial stages are not completed, the employer will have slim chances of wining in court against its employee infringers. For the full interview, see here.
