Completed lease negotiations for Dom Development

Dom Development, the largest and one of the oldest real estate developers in Poland, has become a tenant at Wrocław’s Infinity office project. During the lease negotiations Dom Development was represented by Łukasz Lubaszka, a specialist in commercial leases and Sendero partner in charge of the firm’s contract practice. We were responsible for supporting Dom Development in negotiating the lease terms and ensuring a proper contract.

After Divante S.A., this is the second tenant of the modern Infinity office project we had the chance to represent in lease negotiations with the landlord.
