Accelerated VAT refunds will be harder to obtain in 2017. There are new requirements in force for accelerated VAT refunds. In 2017, the requirements include, without limitation, having to pay all purchase invoices via bank accounts, having an at least 12-month status of taxable person and having to pay the tax by wire transfer.
