New notarial regulations

9 April 2018 was the effective date of changes to the Notarial Profession Law Act. The new regulations concern electronic notarial transcripts, copies and extracts. It is also the commencement date for the Central Repository of Electronic Copies of Notarial Deeds CERWAN. The changes are intended to facilitate registration proceedings.
