We are very pleased to announce our victory before an appellate court. Sendero represented a client who legally avoided a real estate purchase bid they made in an auction and claimed a refund of the bid bond. The reason was that the auction notice lacked material information about the property. For example, there was no information of preparations being then in progress to enact a local land use plan precluding built developments on the property. The trial court agreed with our client and the other party appealed. However, the court of appeals dismissed the appeal.
